This is a major update focused on flexibility and automatic calculation for your shared expenses. We are excited to launch the Joint Account Tracking feature!
Effortless Integration: We've introduced a setting that allows you to enable Joint Account Tracking. Once enabled, managing shared finances with your partner becomes automatic.
Simple Expense Logging: When adding a new expense, you will now see a switch (enabled by default if you turn on the feature in Settings) that designates the expense as paid from the Joint Account.
Automatic Split Calculation: Any expense tagged as a Joint Account expense is automatically split according to your chosen custom or 50/50 ratio (leveraging the feature introduced in v2.8.0!). This means no manual splitting and instant clarity on who covers what.
