Add a installment option

Sometimes we pay things in installments, there should be an option similar to the recurring payments but with a limit (every month for 10 months, every week for 3 weeks…). As is we would either have to add the installments one by one or set it as a recurring bill and remind ourselves to remove it when the last installment is paid
