The Balance app is already a cloud-based platform. This means your financial data is automatically synced and backed up to our secure servers in real-time. You don’t need to manually save your data to Google Drive or OneDrive to prevent loss; if you log in from a new device, all your shared budgets and expenses will be right there waiting for you.
However, if you would like a physical copy of your data for your own records:
You can use our Export feature within the app settings to generate a file of your transactions.
This file can then be manually saved to your Google Drive or OneDrive if you wish to keep an external archive.
