Change order of Optional Text and Category

Right now in the expenses view Category text is bigger and bold over the optional text which is the actual detail of the expenses. it’s not intuitive.

Would be cool also to make the names in the landing page clickable to see the detail view of what expenses they did. Aka navigation can be better
